Covid 19 Update
Noosa Community Support group activities cancelled due to COVID-19
Noosa Council has decided to cease all Noosa Community Support (NCS) group activities from Monday 23 March 2020 as a safety precaution for our clients and staff, due to novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Our NCS team will continue to deliver other essential services including in-home care, home maintenance and shopping and transport assistance and will take all necessary safety precautions to mitigate risks.
NCS staff will communicate directly with affected clients and their carers but should anyone require further clarity, please reach out to us on 07 5329 6175 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Australian Government’s Department of Health has issued a very useful fact sheet on COVID-19 for older Australians and this can be viewed here. You can also view Council’s broader COVID-19 update here.
